DC Nation Premieres March 3 On Cartoon Network

Some of the most beloved and legendary heroes of the DC Universe – as well as some of their lesser-known allies – come to the screen in Cartoon Network’s DC Nation, a full hour of exclusive kids' programming and shorts based on DC Comics characters, beginning Saturday, March 3 at 10 a.m. Eastern and Pacific.

GLThe block begins with Green Lantern: The Animated Series, which takes viewers on a journey of cosmic proportions as Hal Jordan and his band of heroes fight to save the universe, beginning again from the first episode.

Following Green Lantern is all-new episodes of Young Justice, continuing the adventures of Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian, and Artemis as they continue to try to prove themselves as superheroes while dealing with all the pitfalls of being teenagers.

YJRounding out the block will be a number of shorts featuring DC Comics super heroes and characters as viewers have never seen them before. With fresh designs and concepts, fan favorites such as Plastic Man and Doom Patrol will finally take center stage next to the likes of Wonder Woman and Teen Titans, brought to the screen by the creators of films and tv such as Wallace and Gromit and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. DC Nation will also feature exclusive behind-the-scenes looks at motion pictures, and insider look into the world of DC Comics, and more.
